Are they serious? What has that guy done to even warrant an NFL interview, much less a head coaching job?

Ross has to be one of the dumbest owners in sports. Dolphins will win 3 games next year, tops. Gase at least had some potential as a head coach. Prior to that they hired Joe Philbin, the OC in Green Bay. I guarantee you they never even knew Philbin never called a play for Aaron Rodgers in Green Bay. And that worked out great.

These NFL teams are so clueless with their hires, from bad to worse. There isn't one hire who will amount to anything. And all these new coaches do is hire fired NFL coaches as their coordinators.

The Superbowl is in Miami next season. No team has ever played in a Superbowl in their home stadium. Obviously that streak is safe.
