Seems like the best bet out of all the NFC's potential sixth seed wildcard teams.
Cousins struggles too much in prime time and away games to make a deep run as a wildcard team. And the Panthers don't strike me as a team that can make a Superbowl run without having a dominant season. Eagles have a tough schedule and probably won't have good value in terms of odds. At least with the Redskins, if Josh Johnson suddenly gets hot with that defense and run game they can pull off a lot of huge upsets.
Sanchez was terrible and a big reason for their last two losses. A scrambling QB like Johnson is safer to install as a new addition, even in a vanilla package most scramblers can still use their main threat(scrambling for yards) to their advantage. Kaepernick was exactly that during that Superbowl run even though everyone found out he sucked afterwards.
Go ahead, laugh. With their 4 game skid and 4th string QB starting, those odds are going to be ridiculously juicy. If you don't take this bet you're gonna be kicking yourself.
