Oak quit on gruden already. He lost the locker room by trading mack. Of course you didnt see Carr taking a pay cut to keep mack or gruden.

Last week the Raiders looked dead...no different this week...I don't know if this can all be put on not keeping Mack..this team is not getting it done on offense or special teams...

He's gone after next year. No way they keep this guy for 10 years. The sad thing is coaches have a guranteed contract. Even if they fire him he still gets the 100 million.

Carr is overrated too. He had 1 darling season when he pulled all of those games out of his ass in the 4th qtr. since then he is just average. Oak is going to be hamstrung with that contract now. No way should carr be paid like a top 5 qb. He is middle of the pack at best

Raiders have a losing mentality built up over years, cant just erase that in 1 season

Look at Cleveland, still a struggle for them to embrance the winning mentality

that year caused them to be overrated last year. tons of miracle 4th qtr last drive wins. this is carr's 5th season boy does time fly. other than wins carr's numbers look pretty good except for this year
