HEALTH/SURGERY UPDATE: Seems to be a perfect working 100% match kidney.

The transplant team said some kidneys take 1-2 days to "wake" up. I produced nearly 10 liters of

urine overnight, which is very good news for all involved in my care and myself.The post-op pain have

mostly subsided and i am able to walk around w/o assistance. I will be discharged today and move

int a hotel for 3-6 weeks. Stay near the UCSD Health networks for labs and assessment 2 times/week.
