This has had funny movement. Or, more accurately juice movement. When the line was first posted on Bovada it was BAL -2.5 (-110). It quickly went to BAL -3 (-105) and I grabbed it. The books REALLY don't want to move off the -3 so the juice is getting pretty drastically moved. Bovada is currently BAL -3 (-125), CLE +105. I'm at a conference in Vegas and last night the book had it BAL -3 (-160), CLE (+130).

You’re right that’s definitely been the strangest moving out of all so far. I think the play is still Balt but shit
