The Eagles are 0-2 in the preseason, and haven't cared about the preseason at all so far, but the starters are going to play the entire first half here, and Foles is likely to be the week 1 starter, so I think he will want to be sharp here. The Eagles were embarrassed last game, with some offensive linemen getting beaten repeatedly. The Eagles first team defense has looked good in the preseason, and Cleveland hasn't been consistent.
