So I had a three-team 10 point teaser as follows:

Eagles/Rams Over 37
Jaguars +7.5
Jags/Seahawks Under 51

Right from the get-go it looked like the kind of teaser where I wouldn't have to break a sweat at any point. I have Under 51 in a game where the score is 3-0 at halftime. No chance that goes over, right? Wrong... the 2nd half becomes a basketball game on grass, the kind of game that would make even Big XII fans blush.
