Why isn't the consensus always available in the odds section

Hi guys
im a newb here at SBR it a frequent at a few other forums.
anyone know why I can't see consensus on games in the odds area.?
the option is only available at random times.
do I need a subscription or something?

I know that early in the week you can't see the consensus because it's not in yet and I think during the week when you can't see it it's because it's adjusting
