    Patriots chances
So since Kansas City already beat the patriots does that mean if they were to meet in the playoffs that the chiefs would get home field advantage ?

Depends on overall records for both teams and it is dependent on whether or not the teams are Wild Cards or DIVISION WINNERS.

After one game against each other, and two games in. KC isn't beating the Pat's again, no matter where they play. You must be new to the NFL. Andy Reid teams choke in the second half, and Belichick's teams excel.
