Last weekend, I made a second half bet (5K) on the WV/VT game and pick the wrong team. I immediately live chatted and got the runaround. The only other time I have ever had this happened on a max bet, the book let me cancel. Not bookmaker. I emailed them and still haven't heard back 8 days later. Im usually a casual bettor, but I am on a mission now to cash out for 100K by the season's end!

Now, I know I am responsible or what buttons I click, but that is shitty customer service!
