I really don't think it good time to get in front of raiders but I just saw the wind chill be like 36-37, dangerously close to temp Carr has no success. I forget the number or his record in those games but I know it not good. Only reason I'm keeping Oakland 1x play.

Gonna be mad windy in Tampa. Both qbs strong armed but messes up playing over, wind only element that effects my capping on totals really. Not sure how I feel about that game, I don't think panthers any more talented than bucs but bucs defense playing so bad, kinda like phins offense they have way too much talent to be playing so poorly. Those kind of situations are so hard for me to cap!!
