Do most of the starters sit out or still play? Debating whether to bet the last week of preaseason or wait it off

This is the one week that totally unplayable imo. Think the hof game but worse!!
Mostly nobody plays but then you get a few teams that are still looking for at least a hint of being able to execute and sneak their starting unit out there. I'm not sure if expected playing time or rotations even available to be found or not?Comment
