About once an hour..maybe more.

Any input on early betting? Does anyone find it's worth it to get the odds as soon as they're posted?

What sport we talking? For NFL I normally start next week Sunday night of previous week. If there any lines I like and think will move I play them asap. Then tues or wed I do my complete cap of the card at that time I generally play a few totals I'm happy with at current number. Moving forward I'll have several plays ready if line moves to where I want it. Then Sunday morning up till kick I'll be waiting on others I'm hoping move to a certain number and grab whenever it hits what I want.,
