Who starts for Jags week 1? Bortles or Henne

I have been a fan of Bortles since his Soph year at CF. He hasn't had much of a supporting cast. His best WR a few years back was never on the field due to an assorted on and off field problems. He has not been very accurate. He has shown the abilities to have success at this level. He should be given the chance to start. If he continues to have problems hitting wide open receivers, he should sit out and get his mojo back. I sit beside his mother and father when CF played my hometown Akron Zips. Martavious Murray was his RB. I said to them he has next level talent. He was the number ONE pick for a reason. Hope he is not another kid with all the tools that doesn't make it. His mom was a nervous wreck. When my buddy yelled get after the QB she cringed. That's how we struck up the conversation. Nice people.
