Really simple. There are a ton of good games on Week 1. Seattle @ Green Bay. Oakland @ Tennessee. Philly @ Washington and others. All of those games will have an effect on the teams for the rest of the season. The game that could have the biggest effect is the Jets @ Buffalo. If Buffalo wins, it is ho-hum so what. Most pick the Jets as the worst team in the NFL. If the Jets win, Buffalo's season is probably finished. Losing a Division home game against the worst team in the Division can be devastating, especially to a team that is not sure of itself. What is really interesting is the line. Buffalo - 6 1/2. NO 7? Why? Does this line beg for action on Buffalo? If so, why?
