Bill Simmons and Cousin Sal have had the most enjoyable football podcast this season. It is a light-hearted and funny review of next weeks games by guessing the point spread of each game before they read about it. They use lots of betting words that gamblers seem to know(the spread is in the Vegas zone, buying points, parleys etc.)
Also they do some in game betting at half time.
What I want to know is: Both Cousin Sal and Bill live in Los Angeles. How do they do all this gambling? Do they have relatives or friends in Nevada who they call to place bets for them?
