"It's broken" is what he said as he left the field. God damn it. Fifteen year drought and now this. Merry Christmas.

Pitt might be -15 at Oakland in playoffs.

That was absolutely the worst possible thing that could have happened to the Raiders today.

I think you are being too harsh on him. Once they got their running game going, the whole team seemed to get that confidence level boost.

Not really the same. Titans were going nowhere even if they snuck into the playoffs.

Except that their backup is pribably about as good as their crappy starter. Meanwhile, Carr was/maybe still is probably the NFL's MVP this season.

Very sad for all us at Raider Nation! Home field advantage might get us a second play off game. McGloin is a serviceable back-up. He played at Penn State. He is used to being put in odds positions and coming from behind. I'm sorry I had to say it. But, DC going down sucks!

Why was he even in the game. Up plenty with 10 mins left. Bad decisions by the staff. That's horrible for the team. And especially him

This is ridiculous. I haven't seen a starting quarterback benched with that much time left in a game pretty much ever. Especially against Luck, the comeback king. That game was far from over and if Oakland doesn't convert a late third and long, Indy gets the ball back with an opportunity to tie.

I think with everyone else stepping up #14 can get us to the Afc championship. But as far as going to the super bowl I doubt it. Our defense would have to play some lights out football.

No one was/is going to beat the Pats. They simply do not lose at home, and that is where they will be playing all of their playoff games.

Yea I think Brady is like 15-3 at home in the playoffs. Two losses to the Ravens and a loss to the Jets. But Pats have to beat Dolphins in Miami to clench #1 seed. Brady is only like 7-7 at Miami, so that's no gimme for New England.

Toss out the buffalo game, a 3rd string QB was in for New England. Seahawks game came down to the wire, one yard away from the game tying touchdown. As a Patriots fan I am liking their chances of making the superbowl if they have home field advantage

no one else has mentioned why were raiders having carr hang in the pocket taking deep shots

radiers coulda just ran runs and quick passes the entire game and still have a chance to win while staying healthy

Cole had been dragged to the ground by the LT who slipped... Derek Carr could've thrown it underneath coverage for a short gain but tried to extend the play in a game already up 33-14 with 11 min left... Cole got up halfway andGRABBED CARR AROUND THE WAIST AND DIDN'T LET GO....THAT'S WHAT YOU DO IN FOOTBALL YOU TACKLE THE QB THAT'S WHAT HE'S PAID TO DO YOU penetrating MORON

again, he wrapped Carr up around the waist... really LOW hit huh? if CARR WAS HIT LOW HE WOULD PROBABLY STILL BE PLAYING

maybe run the ball on 2nd and a mile in the 4th up 33-14 at home and kill another 1:30 and punt the ball deep again with that great punter named King. Raiders had 200 rush yards and wanted to run up the score and pass... and they lost big time
