How Should I Hedge?

Last two legs of a 6 team teaser for tonight. Pats -1 and Over 39.5 (last week's lines) for 100 to win 700.

The way I see it, if the Ravens win or it goes Under, I lose. So I'm thinking:

Ravens +13 Over 38.5
Ravens + 13 Under 51.5
Pats -1 Under 51.5

Each for $100.

Is that the smartest way to do it, or am I over-complicating it?

For clarification, I like hedging teases with another tease for potential to hit both. I think tonight's game will stay close, and nothing I'm seeing suggests a strong deviation from the vegas total.
