Um in every 10 point teaser a tie is a loss unless you paid extra tax on a tie. You can't just be like oh in case there's a tie can it just be a push

Every book I use has a 10 and 13 point teaser as a loss if there's a tie. I guess you have to go to vegas.

Every book I've ever played at graded a push (with wins) as a push in a 10 point three team teaser. Otherwise, what the hell is the point? If a push is a loss, then you effectively are getting 9.5 points.

Maybe the local bookie has this rule, but most if not all reputable online books acknowledge a push as a push.
