Been a terrible decade the worst in franchise history. But previous 4 decades Raiders were among the most successful winning franchises in all sports. Been to a super bowl in every decade but the 90's, won 3 of em, countless hof'ers among top in Nfl, and up until '07 or '08 season had greatest winning % of all time in league. I've been in huge buyer in Carr since last season. Said going into that year if he doesn't hit "rookie wall" after a solid rook year we had something. And boy has he impressed and grown since!! Truly a franchise Qb at this point and kind of guy that should get a ring before its over Hes part of next wave and among best of em!
