Bad lines?

Seems like several of the spreads are off on the NFL Games. For instance:

Nov 13	269	SAN FRANCISCO		+4½-115	o47-110	+581
	4:25 PM	270	ARIZONA		-4½-115	u47-110	-806

With market at about -13/-13.5, clearly that's off. Some others seem off as well (though not nearly as drastic as this one). Could this be fixed? I tried to go to live help but no one was there. I did bet on one of these lines (though not a bad one I think, Jacksonville -2.5 which is what market is at) before realizing that there was something amiss when I went to look at other games.

Wonder what SBR is going to do - tons of people clearly hit the Arizona line given that it has moved to -5.5 -140. But obviously all who did were betting a clearly bad line so I can't believe such bets would stand. Not sure how SBR will handle this since many lines were off (again most not nearly as badly) so what constitutes bad line vs not might not be clear. I stayed away from betting the spreads for that reason (other than Jacksonville which I bet before realizing this). Kind of annoying since were a couple others I wanted but such is life.
