That was a tough one, I watched the game from beginning to end. Bears could have, should have covered that game in so many ways and opportunities.

I am not attacking, but I would GUESS that your 10k was the result of a parley gone bad? If that is the case, just one more reason that PARLAYS DO NOT WIN YOU CONSISTENT MONEY IN THIS BUSINESS. You will ALWAYS have some random bet that should have won, but it did not. Do the grown up thing... wuit blaming the Bears, it will be some random team that crushes your next parlay. The best thing you can do is swear off parlays. I did that 15 years ago and that has improved my wagering soooo much.

as far as I know, you can't go PRO otherwise(unless you have previously been PRO, then you can reup with 3k points)
