Stupid Post. Unless you live in Las Vegas, what the hell business is it of yours? Butt out and stop trying to tell people what they can and cannot do with their businesses.

      I live in Las Vegas.

I do not want the Raiders to move here as it would become a burden on the tax payer.

Then you have the right to circulate the petition. Just know that only residence of Las Vegas can sign it. It does not matter what anyone else thinks. This is just about a done deal anyways. Too many high power players are backing it. Live with it and hope that they just raise the Hotel Taxes to cover the move. Vegas would take a major hit if this deals is blown up because of a few dollars that can easily be raised by a tax increase.

I can't wait to buy season tickets and be in Vegas 8 times or more per NFL season. See you at the tailgate.

I live in las vegas also and will not be signing that garbage. A NFL team will be paid for by the tourists with increased hotel room prices and taxes. Having an NFL team in vegas also means real estate goes up. Sorry but no sign for me.

I'm in Vegas also. Can't wait for the Raiders. When they're on the road I won't have to fly anywhere to watch my Seahawks. Who's your team darrell74?

Wouldn't a new stadium create jobs?

You seem quite confident of a Raiders/Chiefs playoff game in Las Vegas every year

Live in Vegas but not sure if it is good or bad. I think it is bad for the tv games, I dont want to watch the Raiders but it may be good for gambling economy and easier poker games.

I think the whole thing is a huge mistake. Giving 750 million to a multi billionaire for a stadium that will get used about 12 times per year is just stupid. The money should be spent on addressing one of the worst public education systems in the country. The jobs created will be temporary construction jobs and most of the contractors will get screwed by Sheldon come pay day anyways. He wants to foot a small share of the build but share none of the profits with the state.

Tourists will end up paying for the stadium with another tax on top of all the other bullshit room fees and taxes. If Adelson and his band of crooks want a stadium so badly and believe in it as a viable money earner let him foot the entire project himself. Obviously he is too smart for that so he greased the right people to get measure sent to governor. Hopefully Sandoval shoots it down.

Bottom line is Sheldon is a shrewd businessman and is also one of the most greedy and evil people you will ever meet. He has zero redeeming qualities as a human being.

750 Million from public funding. 500 million from the Raiders. 650 million from Sheldon Adelson.

Fantastic! The national felon league is gonna have a team in Vegas.

It's kinda be amusing watching the entire team be inactive from legal troubles, stealing poker chips, etcetera.

not every city can just do a hotel tax and generate $750 million so makes sense for Las Vegas especially being next to CA. They will have no problem generating the money.
