Going with the Under 41.5 and buying to +4 on Denver (-135).
I think the defense stands strong. I honestly believe they will be pretty careful with Simian and expect to see Denver have a strong running game. The secondary will be weaker for the Panthers and still see that Denver Defense be a huge thorn for the Cats.
Don't forget the Panthers have 2 starting rookies at DB.
