I'm wondering if Westgate LVH requires the winners to pose (and be posted on the internet) like the winning entry from last year. I think two checks he posed with were his entry name and another with his real name claiming the winnings. Is there any way you can decline doing this?

I would guess yes kind of like WSOP you have to sign a consent form.

In the 2012 season when the alias AL Sr. (supposedly a female) won- the person standing next to the huge check was her son. If I remember correctly, she also was a capper who said she specialized more in College than Pro football. At the time, much of that scenario being projected seemed very odd to me.

I believe I read in the rules that you agree to let them use your picture in their advertising of the event.....by signing up, you agree to ALL the rules. Lose some weight, get a haircut, dress nicely and appear sober and you'll be fine (unless you're hiding from the Fed's).

As mentioned previously-AL Sr. did not pose with the check for her win. She must not have wanted the notoriety since her son stood in for that publicity event.
