They each put up big points. I'm taking the OVER. Both have good D but this is an offensive league and I expect a 31-21 AZ win.

The over is def not a slam dunk. Carolina has their moments where they play very slow and grind. A lot of their games went over because they got pts off turnovers. The weather is supposed to be in the 30's too which may have an impact

Both teams should not have a problem scoring points. Also, I don't believe weather will be a factor. Panther's coldest game this season was at MetLife Stadium and look what they did. In order for the Cards to win, they need to make plays. Which probably won't be difficult with their receivers. OVER.
