Where do you guys dream some of this up. Do you really think that Chip Kelly would scrap his entire offensive theory to coach a team with a dinosaur for a starting QB? No team with a strong front office will hire Chip. He did so poorly trying to call the shots with the Eagles that no decent team will take a chance with him. Kelly goes back to the college ranks so he can recruit the type of players he wants.

I agree this would be a perfect fit. He has no say on personnel decisions on the defensive side of the ball! And further more he has nothing to do with the defense period. If those 2 things happen I could see Tennessee becoming legitimate Super bowl contenders in 2 seasons. I think the defense will be ready and with Chip and Super Mario running the show on offense they would be dangerous and I'm not a Titans fan at all.
