Chargers have shown up on the road this year, with a few blowouts happening on their homefield. KC destroyed them @SD, but I have to think Rivers keeps this within the number - maybe a backdoor cover. SD is just a lean at this point - I've already bet Pittsburgh +3 and Giants -1.
