Some very interesting line movement. Not sure why that Cincy line is going down as I think the Bengals are the play, but the Rams are compelling. They could outright win...they get up for a few games per year.

Bet the 100% opposite theory with not a single reason to take the Browns here. Only possible angle anyone can muster, period end of story. Good luck with that franchise. At some point they will win.Comment
