    Mike Tomlin
Most over rated coach in the NFL. His decision making gives his team no chance to win. His off season pick ups aren't even playing. Week after week I read the excuses that run out of his mouth. Best RB in the NFL and he blows it against Baltimore weeks ago. Today he has 11 in the box and he runs the ball. Question why people think he is good coach he won with Cowher's talent and has done horrible drafting since Cowher left. He is on the drafting along with GM so don't try and tell me that its not his fault. Steelers never get rid of coaches so most likely they are stuck with this worthless phuck for some time to come. He blows and he has cost his team 2 draft picks for players that aren't even on the team or can't get on the field.

Just anther excuse. Throwing on Running downs and Running on throwing downs has nothing to do with who is on the field. No one get's the excuses this guy gets. Signing Vick was enough to get him fired Vick sucks ass,

Overrate, yes. He's a terrible situational coach.

Players love him, good motivator etc. But situationally, he's below average and that is most important element in NFL right now.

Bill Belichick is the best situational coach ive ever seen

Bellichick is the only coach that seems to know what he is doing, Tomlin is just one of many.
Bill Walsh was a good coach.
Harbaugh another bad coach that tries to win games by punting and playing defense.
The Florida St coach was dumb to try to kick a 65 yard field goal

Here is a classic example from todays game. TB was up 27-24 with 3 minutes to go
first and goal. They kick a field goal, this way Washington can come back and win by 1.
Its like it never occurred to the TB coach what was about to happen.
First they were too conservative in the red zone. Just as Michigan was too conservative
with the ball, which made them punt and lose that huge game.
The coaches lose games by making foolish decisions.

Many many Many High School coaches could out coach Mike Tomlin. His in game is horrible but his drafting and team management is beyond horrible. Sad the this guy was ever hired because unless he quits the Steelers are stuck with him. Steelers were the one's that started the Rooney rule so they were plucked as soon as Bill Cowher walked away.

Totally agree here. You have to get a TD there. At least go for it on 4th down at the 1. If you don't make it, they have to start on their goal line.

This isn't the problem, it's the poor decisions. Actually team is stacked with talent and wins should be by a lot more points. Guy is a fraud

Tomlin is smart enough to not throw passes on the goaline. Unlike the chargers coach who runs from the 10 yard line and passes from the two. Or when kurt Warner threw a pick 6 in the superbowl which gave Tomlin the victory.

Also Tomlins go for two philosophy makes no sense.
I like the idea of going for 2 on the first score and go up 8-0
But when you convert and then score another touchdown you go for 1 and make it 15-0
Tomlin goes for 2 here for no reason.
If you miss your first 2 point conversion and go up 6-0 then you go for it the next time.

But then again, Pittsburgh has a really good arsenal of two point plays.
And Tomlin looks like Omar Epps from House
