Yes, basically just beating the spread by more then 1pt. Some people use a filter like 10+pts but the few weeks i have done it i do not see the need for a filter and feel like i dont maximize value.

If full game line is 50pts and they only score 21pts 1st half and 2nd half line opens at 24 you are beating the spread by 5pts so you bet the over.

Last night ne and nyg scored 41pts 1st half and line opened at 30pts so beating the under 71pts vs 53 so 18pts.

you were correct, but I am just trying to beat the spread. Small bets, just testing this season. Able to get Miami +22. I am sure most would of took that prior to the game starting.
