$96 to win $1,914 - Last leg is Cowboys ML - Smart way to Hedge??
As title states, I need Cowboys to win and I hit $1,914. About a $1,800 hit.

What is a smart way to hedge this?

Put the Cowboys in a 2 Team Teaser with Monday Night's game.

Take Seattle ML. They don't lose at home very often.

How much do you want to guarantee? I personally would put %75 of what I want on NO ML right now and save the other %25 for in game hopefully DAL gets a lead and you can put that other %25 on NO at + odds ML.

I prefer to hedge so that if by some chance Dallas gets blown out, I still get something..

Wait until the Dallas get ahead so you can get an ML bet on the saints and bet 1,000 so u are guaranteed a least 1000 dollar pay out.

                    Thanks. GL man!

Hedging is such a pain in the ass.

At the start of the day if you had to risk $96 on the Cowboys ML to win $1900....you would have probably taken that bet and lived with losing the $96.

I say let it ride because while $1,900 is a nice chunk of change, it's not going to change your life or anything.

Besides, if it hits tonigt you'll probably remember the game for the rest of your life.

Whats your bank roll? If $1000 is more than 25% of it I say hedge at least a few hundred. These do not hit often and when you have a chance to guarantee some of your books money in your pocket? Why not make sure you guarantee yourself a little dough? My two cents. Blackjack table for me? Let it ride. Sports betting? F#ck the book

Great point. I thought I had it right when I played it, so I am going to ride it out. $96 really isn't much for me, and the payout at this point is great value.

This is is where I disagree. You actually have about $700 riding on this game because that's how much you could receive if you fully hedge. If $700 is a normal wager for you or fits your bankroll, then by all means go for it. However, if you would never consider making a $700 wager then I would suggest some type of hedge.

                              whatever you decide BOL.

                              joe.

Butler out, Dunbar out, and Lee out.

                                    Who cares.

Tie game going to the 4th. We're right where we want to be.
