Is Oakland worth a play in this spot?

Vegas line +4.5

My local lottery +7.5

a 3pt difference is alot, might be worth adding them to my parlays? I like being able to cover a touchdown.

Oakland is bad. What the Bengals did to them last week is just the beginning of a horrible season.
