I wouldn't bet against eagles getting 10 wins but your schedule looks tough. Including conference opponents your at Car, SD,CHI and ATL.

Injuries. If they stay healthy, 10 wins is a cinch. If McNabb goes down early or Westbrook or a rash of injuries on defense or offensive lines it could be trouble. But it really comes down to McNabb. Last season was one of his only season where he stayed healthy all year. If he can do it again, I love the Eagles this year with a steadily improving young defense. I think McNabb has matured enough to the point that he isn't taking stupid risks with his body that he has in the past, maybe this injury bug from early in his career is not going to be a problem. I expect the Eagles to draft a RB high in the draft as well, so maybe that will ease some pressure off Westbrook as well. Maybe draft a good WR as well, to give McNabb an extra outlet and the Eagles might be downright unstoppable.

Eagles trading for Peters helps answers my questions above about keeping the Eagles' keys McNabb & Westbrook healthy. The guy is a beast and perhaps the best LT in the game, when he wants to play. Hopefully, for Eagles fans, the guy will be happy in Philly and play to his ability rather than whine about his contract with 3 years left, sit out all of preseason then mail in the regular season like he did last year in Buffalo. Huge acquisition for Philly. Depending on how the draft and rest of free agency goes, I love the Eagles in the NFC East right now. It's hard to bet against the NYG, but the Eagles are really looking sweet right now.
