I have a formula for my seahawks as well will play less on regular games. Seahawks I feel are still great so will be betting them ATS every week. If it loses I double the bet next week, if it wins go back to minimum. I have seahawks -3.0 vs rams @1.86 as I logged it in months ago. $400 to win $374.80. I feel seahawks won't go 3 games in a row not covering spread. For tonight I got only on the total over 51.0 $100 to win $90.90.
