Yea, but this book has Fowler being picked before Williams as a solid favorite yet has Williams draft position o/u @ 3.5 & Fowler's @ 4.5?? How can Fowler be a heavy fav to go before Williams yet his draft position o/u be a full pick after him??
It just seems that there is an arb opportunity in there somewhere if u can decipher through the juice somehow??
