Vegas refuses to lose the super bowl. I have yet to see in my lifetime the public hammer a team and win. They always lose. This year everyone is hammering Seattle convincing themselves it's a sharp play. Pats are the right pick and with all of this media bs they refuse to let you see it clearly.

That was going go be another one of my points and another reason people are backing Seattle. Last year all the big $ bets were on Denver and Seattle blew them out. Literally the only way to win a SB bet on the side is fading the big $ bets. You were on the right side last year this time you're on the wrong side bud.

Given we are +2 on Seattle, we are seeing some sharp money on them. However, overall still 2/3 of money is on New England and we are comfortable holding that line right now. We will need the Hawks, who are also a great result for us from a futures perspective.

Mikestu- You and I may be right about New England being the right side but both teams are very good and anything can happen. In order to win a game like this (IMO) a team has to play at the top of their game. We have yet to see which team will rise to the occasion. Although I thought Green Bay would win at Seattle, never in my wildest dreams did I think Seattle would play as bad as they did and I had no idea that McCarthy was a scared-ass who doesn't know how to win away from home against a quality defense. It happened that both of these things were true for this game. One of these teams will play better than the other, make less mistakes (turnovers- kill) and will come out on top. I'm thinking that the team most likely to do this is New England- we'll see.

easiest game in the universe to handicap (all you need to do is look up a few numbers on a few charts if you dont already know) and win it. I think its more like 38 of 44 depending on how you grade defense but same idea...if you go against this you better have a super good reason, not saying one could not exist but better have a really good reason. and this is winning not just covering...granted this game is only 1 points now.
