^ i dont.. i think that all the ridiculous "emphasizing" or changing of rules leads to it looking that way quite a bit. i think they err on the side of wanting points cause the nfl mandates it, i think overall the league has turned into a joke as it has grown into what it is now, but i dont think they actually "fixed". there might be a little helping of one team or another from time to time, clearly they wanted that dal/gb matchup..

Got the Pats -6.5 but that was a hold all day with Simms dumb ass sucking the Colts/refs rooster saying what great D it was. Oh well they been pretty consistent tho I must say letting them play a bit of a physical gm all day in secondary. Once again tho it's what's so funny about the league's b.s. rulebook it's all open to interpretation and called how it's called. Even tho by letter of the law as stated in the "rule" book that was a hold all fukkin day. Go Pats!!!

I agree and I agree with Rush Limbaugh that fantasy football has changed the game a lot because the fan base has become a lot more knowledgeable.

didnt know he said that but i been saying it for a while, not so much that it makes the fan base more knowledgeable (if anything fantasy fb kinda dumbs ppl down in a way). more like fantasy fb ruining the sport cause it has made the league legislate out defense as nobody playing fantasy wants to see a defensive battle. i love playing it but i dont like what the league has become partly because it has gotten so big, partly cause of the stupid concussion thing..

I also think Seattle is a better matchup for NE than GB.

im not so sure about that.. i think you have to run on pats and while lacy capable rarely do pack fully commit, not to mention the threat of wilson will create more room for lynch. i think against pack it would have looked really similar to the gm in lambou from packs offensive perspective, they would drive and get held to a lot of fgs. difference being on a neutral with a couple weeks to prep i think pats would have put up 30+ on gb.. i by no means think sea gonna be a easy sb win for pats, hell pats have never had a easy sb win. i do think that pats offense matches up incredibly well w sea defense tho, need to be physical and attack the middle of the field with the passing gm which is where pats are strongest with the 2 little white dudes and gronks beast ass..
