Super Bowl Squares? Where?

Looking to buy a couple spots in super bowl squares pools...yet to see any sites offering this.

I asked 5Dimes and apparently they won't be offering it (despite having a section just for office pools).

Anywhere know where they'll have this? If so, where and whats the site's fee?

Bump. Only one I found so far that is decent is Casinobitco.in (a well known bitcoin betting book). They've been in business for 2 years, they did squares last year.

They're offering 0.05 BTC (~$10) and 0.20 BTC (~$40) per entry, pools. Each quarter wins 25%. No fee.

Anyone find any others? I found YouWager but the payouts are awful (90% of pool is paid out and only 2 winners (1st half / final score).
