I mean this is a December game (we all know Romo's Dec record), in Chicago. There's a reason this line is only 3 points.

On the contrary, all 4 of Dallas losses have come at home and the Bears haven't exactly been a great home team. I think Dallas has showed some resilience on the road and get the W. With the Hawks going into Philly I think Dallas knows they have a shot at the division again next week.

Cutler is 13-17 in December. I'm still leaning towards the home dog, but Cutler... meh...

So, let me get this straight. Dallas is a 3.5 point favorite @ Chicago??? With Tony R. Homo's record in December, and you guys think what about this game??? I have no opinion just yet. I would think being home Chicago would be -3 or at least a pick'um.

Thing is, any QB worth half a shit carves CHI's secondary up right now. I might just lay off this game.

Think I'll focus on props for this one. With Cutler/Romo, might be an interception fest.

"Only"? You think Dallas should be more than nearly ten point favorites in Dallas?

This is the best Dallas team that Romo has had. Throw that 13-17 record out. These Boys know its go time. The avatar has changed. Dallas is off the mush button, they will win Thursday, count on it. Green Bay is going down next to the Falcons. Book it.

I think he was referring to the fact that if Dallas were -4 or more @ Chicago they'd be favored by 10 or more at home because of the 3 point home field advantage factor. It's a decent way to judge if a line seems inflated or not.

Yea same here. For this game I feel like Dallas would probably be -7 at home, so maybe Dallas -1 on the road seems fair?

How different is this Cowboys defense from last year?
Does anyone remember McCown putting up 45 points on the Cowboys last year?
The Cowboys defense in that game could not stop an old lady from crossing the street.
Tony Romo only had 103 passing yards that game.
Did Philly expose them?
Do the Cowboys have any impressive wins this year beyond their win at Seattle?
A lot of things to consider before blinding backing the Boys.

True but they'll prob need to beat the Eagles on the road or the Colts at home just to get in to the playoffs. Not likely but could happen. They're catching a break with all the turmoil in SF. For a couple weeks it looked like 3 teams may end up coming out the west

Weather looks like a non-factor tonight. 35F with 10MPH SE wind, not bad for Chicago this time of year.

I think everybody is over reacting to the loss against Eagles. It was a Thursday game and Dallas wasn't ready for the juggernaut offense of Chip Kelly...well rested, well prepared Dallas easily beats the Bears.
I am not sure what I am doing but no way am I taking Chicago....Never ever put your money on a team that is done for the season specially when they are playing against a team who is still fighting.

Died hard Bears fan here. Really don't think bears win here. Our defense is even worse than it looks to the naked eye. Too many weapons on Dallas to cover and our offense can't get going. Cutty sucks and isn't built for this offensive system. Should keep it close though. I'm saying Dallas by 4 and under 51. GL

I don't know why people get so damn hung up on stupid penetrating betting trends. Trends don't mean shit if the team your betting on is shit! Go with the better team with better players and coaches if the spread is good.
