How many times have you cashed out at BetUs, Iceman?
I'm with them too and haven't had any problems, but the majority seem to regard them as the Hitler of sportsbooks for some reason.

I had BetUS about 2 years ago for a duration of approx 3 years. Tried to cash out twice with them. Both cash outs came with HEAVY fees.
Haven't made a deposit with them in two years. Constantly got calls from their account management team until I blocked their number. I still get the occasional email about a free wager they have credited into my account....to me, they sucked.
Good at taking money from people, slow and heavily juiced on giving it back.
Good luck with them.

About 10-12 times. I have their giftcard so they just put the money in about 4-7 days. Never came across any shadyness or problems. But i do agree they have retarded fees $20 for transfer then $2.50 atm fees for every $300 taken out.
As for other people having problems. When i asked customer service they told me they get problems here and there with members who do not understand the bonus rollover. Alot of people seem to accept their big bonuses which comes with 10x-15x rollover but never fulfill it and ask for their money. Of course i dont know whats true whats not. But from my personal exp betus has been very professional and most sports bettor overreact over small things and i wont be suprised if most complaints come from people who just dont understand or are ignorant about the rollovers.

I can agree with that.
The very first thing I was taught before I opened my account with them, was to never accept any bonuses.
I mainly just got burnt on their fees and consistant phone calls bugging me.
