I dunno why anyone would be shocked that a bet lost. Just because I started a thread about it doesn't mean I championed it as a lock. Just have to grind out a profit. It's easy to pick winners and provide angles to back it up once you have the final score in your lap.

Anyways, if you were a bookie, this wouldn't exactly be the game to fatten your wallet. Most people had the Pats.
