Just rain with a slight breeze is what I found for tomm. Water doesn't seem to slow down nfl o's too much. These two teams usually play high scoring games against each other...and both d's give up points so far this year...and with people betting the total down several points, it is either over or pass for me. That being said...I am often wrong...lol. Gl with whatever you bet.
