Is it possible to have a square teaser? How does this play lose.
Colts down to .5 and pitt down to .5

I know the saying "how does this play lose" is a terrible thing to say.... but

not for nothing, both teams at home....if they were on the road id understand.....but its one thing if tampa and tennesee play tough (as the lines reflect, they probably will) but how do either of these teams lose at home?

Colts are going to go 1-3?
Pittsurgh seems a little more sketchy, but still, Tampa is just flat out awful. They have a good coach and they will probably look at eachother and grow some balls and play tough. But on the road 2 weeks in a row, in a hostile environment, they are banged up........and couldnt score in a dome against a weak falcons defense ( not as weak as we thought, however)

Pitt a little banged up as well, but I don't think they take this one lightly. Not with Tomlin , and knowing they can gain some ground with Cincy and Baltimore playing tough.

These are games these teams cannot lose....

This one will probably hit, but for the most part all NFL teasers are square. Usually giving up too much for the points.

ya people will call it square, who cares to me its worth throwing a c note on for fun. I think Indy rolls the Titans and Pittsburgh looked pretty good last week with that dangerous run game so they should handle business at home as well...good luck to us

I am on the same teaser just to play devils advocate I am hitting about 75 % of my picks this year. However I am 0-3 on my weekly teaser. I had better teasers than this.

So chances where this will go down cause I see Tampa upsetting Pittsburgh , cause steelers will not be able to stop the deep pass . They were bad but now its worse with all those injuries. Missing LB's as well, Bucs get all their key players back as well. I read a stat that says when a team loses by 3 touchdowns or more they are 52- 8 the following game against the spread.

This has upset or a close game written all over it.
I bet it first and dug deeper afterwards . I hope I am wrong.

^ tend to agree with astuteness. TB got embarrassed, against a highly-powered offense in their own dome. They've had 10 days to think about it. I'm sure lovie stressed turnovers & special teams (which led to the blowout TNF loss).

Pitt offense is impressive, however their mediocre defense got way worse last weekend when they lost three key defensive players to injury. I wouldn't be surprised to see Pitt D a little lost & see glennon put some points up. I think it'll be close, with either team winning, so I'm gonna take TB+7.

As for your teaser, I love colts -.5 at home. If locker is out, tenn has no chance. Even if he does play, that right wrist injury will affect his throws. Indy cannot afford to lose this one.

Now to find a pick to compliment Indy -.5 on that teaser... Philly + 11 or 12 could be the play, as 49ers have yet to score in 4th quarter this year and Philly seems to be piling on late pts... Carolina+10.5 would cover four extra key loss margins from the standard + 3 spread (6, 7, 9, 10). Standard teaser rule of thumb is u wanna cover 3 key margins of victory/loss.

Depends on the actual lines, but I'll run it through SBR book and see. I've compared many times over the years.

This is a great example that highlights the value of a teaser when well played.

I dont think Indy goes 1-3 at home. Lost to two of the best teams in the league early....they win these games
