I honestly think Simms is the best QB on that team FOR THAT DEFENSE right now. he will not give away the game. Vick isn't going to be much better... i think he's over the hill and brittle.

To be honest I only saw Simms for a couple of snaps last year. He was okay at that time, and maybe some regular season games but I think he is just a typical average survivor QB and would need lots of games to get into the rhythym. The defense is not good enough (lack of turnover) either to counterweigh the missing talent at QB. Otherwise, why the heck put the pressure on Geno so much. Untill no Decker I wouldnt throw for more than 20-25, just run Ivory and Johnson.
