I agree - Browns had 2 or 3 good chances to finish the Ravens. They seem to be heading in the right direction, but in spit of what happened last week against the Saints - they still don't know how to win the close games. And stupid penalties and the questionable trick plays they called killed them. I bêt Ravens because it's my opinion the Browns just aren't at the level of being able to win these games yet.
