One of the most UNDER rated players in the league. He went from backup to starting the Super Bowl in half a season 2012, then went to the NFC Championship the next season. I think he can be a little fragile mentally, but that has to come from working for a freak like Harbaugh every day. His main problem is his OC Greg Roman, who refuses to call a proper situational play and constantly trys to outsmart the D while usually outsmarting his own team and making Kap look bad. The guy obviously didn't learn from the Super Bowl and tested Richard Sherman in the exact same situation a year later that ended the exact same way.
As for last night, The fumble and 1 of the picks are on Kapernick. The other 2 picks had more to do with weak recieving than weak QB play. The refs also had quite a bit to do with the come back but that goes both ways week to week.
He just signed a 6 year $55mil guaranteed extension so I doubt that. Even if the Niners got rid of Kap he would be a huge free agent for a lot of teams.Comment -
