Got lucky with the Giants game as they missed a field goal before the half which would've made it a push. I've been buying 1/2 points so I don't lose if the score lands on key numbers. So far, it hasn't come into play though it would've help me push instead of losing in both the Denver and Giants game had both games hit field goals instead of Colts scoring a TD and Detroit missing a field goal right before the half. The good fortunes may or may not continue but as Joe Poyer said: Thorough preparation makes its own luck.

I seem to start out well most years and at the end, hover around or below the .500 mark. I look back and I see that as the season goes on, I lose focus and start making picks at the last minute. I'm going to change that this year and make picks earlier and see if that changes anything. Good luck!
