Dallas Cowboys' Opponents Might As Well Not Even Suit Up a Punter This Year!
There's going to be big problems in big D this year unless some diamonds in the rough emerge from the defensive side of the ball.

They were not a good defense to begin with (32nd last year), but now they've got to move forward without their all-time sack leader DeMarcus Ware, and last year's sack leader, Jason Hatcher, both of whom have new NFL homes.

To make matters worse, the guy who was drafted to help offset the loss of Ware, 2nd rounder DeMarcus Lawrence, broke his foot during training camp and stands to miss around half the season.

Last year's starting DE Anthony Spencer is coming off microfracture knee surgery and may struggle to regain his form.

They've already lost star linebacker Sean Lee for the year, who was the second leading tackler, and actually led the team in interceptions in 2013.

Now to top it all off, starting cornerback Orlando Scandrick gets dealt a four game ban for violating the league's substance abuse policy.

Their only saving grace may be the fact that the Giants have looked almost as bad, offensively, in the preseason.

Dallas may be asking a 34 year old Romo, back issues and all, to drop back in the pocket quite often this year, if they hope to win their share of shootouts.

Jennings has looked fine and their 1st round pick hasn't played yet, and they have done enough to win those games so i dont know why you bring this point up at all

Well Eli and the heralded Ben McAdoo passing attack have looked like poo-poo thus far, so I figured it worth mentioning. It's not like they were lighting up the scoreboard last year either. Jennings has hauled in some little dump passes and had one big, long run, but other than that, nothing to really instill confidence in anybody that the offense has turned things around.

The Giants o-line will make or break their season. Diehl and Snee retiring leaves some big shoes to fill, if the interior lineman can gel the Giants can go far. The tackles should be solid, albeit young, but both were high draft picks and have been full time starters thus far. One question is where the leadership of this unit will be, the center Walton seems to have the most experience of the group but don't know too much about his years in Denver. Otherwise, the Giants have plenty of skill guys, Eli just needs enough protection to get them the ball.

I'd love to see a team not suit up a punter once in my life. Just the sheer disrespect factor would be worth it.

Take niners ats week 1. Take whatever the over is on 49ers team points. Take the over for the game too and let it rain $$$$
