If you bet Denver -2 then you pay -110. If you bet Denver ML then you are paying -125. IF you think Denver is going to win the game.... then who do you think the MVP will be??? PEYTON MANNING obviously. No question about it. So if you bet Peyton to win the MVP then you are getting +110. So I'd say.... if you are betting Denver bet Manning to win MVP instead.
